PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Engineered around the process, pollutant and production line.

Corrugated sintered filter plates replace conventional fabric bags with a rigid, shape-stable element that resists abrasion and deformation.

The controlled microporous surface supports fine-particle capture, stable pressure drop and effective pulse cleaning. Hydrophobic plate options can also handle moisture-bearing dust.

SYSTEM ADVANTAGES

Performance that translates into practical operation

01

Very high filtration efficiency

Uniform micropores retain fine particles while supporting clean air discharge.

02

Long element life

Rigid, abrasion-resistant plates can outlast conventional filter bags.

03

Stable cleaning performance

Smooth treated surfaces release deposited dust during pulse cleaning.

04

Compact equipment footprint

Plate geometry allows high filtration area in a smaller housing.

PROCESS FLOW

A clear route from collection to controlled discharge

01

Dust collection

Draw contaminated air from the process into the collector.

02

Surface filtration

Capture particles on the outside of the sintered plates.

03

Clean-air passage

Move filtered gas through the plate pores into the clean chamber.

04

Pulse cleaning

Use compressed air to release the dust cake from the rigid surface.

05

Hopper discharge

Collect and remove loosened dust from the bottom hoppers.

ENGINEERING INPUTS

Information required for accurate equipment selection

Final performance depends on verified process conditions. A technical proposal should not be based on equipment name or nominal airflow alone.

Process and pollutant data

Provide the production process, pollutant composition, normal and peak concentration, temperature, humidity and any dust, mist or corrosive components.

Capacity and operating pattern

State normal, minimum and peak airflow or treatment capacity, daily operating hours, batch cycles and expected future expansion.

Site and utility conditions

Include available installation space, indoor or outdoor location, electrical standard, fuel or water availability, access constraints and project location.

Required project scope

Clarify whether the inquiry covers equipment supply, OEM manufacture, ductwork, controls, installation guidance, commissioning, training or spare parts.
